1 bunch spring onions finely chopped
15ml olive oil
1 litre vegetable stock
1 red chilli deseeded and finely chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
45ml miso paste
15ml soy sauce
16 frozen vegetable gyozas
125g frozen soya beans
150g dried rice noodles

Steps

Add the spring onion, oil, stock, chilli and cilantro to a large casserole dish with lid. Cook on High Microwave Power for 5 minutes.

Stir in the miso paste, soy sauce, gyozas and soya beans. Cook on High Microwave Power for 5 minutes.

Add the rice noodles and cook on High Microwave Power for a further 3-4 minutes.
