Ingredients

3 sausages
3 cheese sticks
120–150g all-purpose flour
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
7g of baking powder
180ml milk
1 egg
Panko breadcrumbs
Ketchup and mustard for garnish

Steps

1

Cut the sausages and cheese sticks in half, or to your desired length.

2

Thread them onto skewers.

3

In a tall cup, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, egg, and milk. (If the batter is too runny, add a little more flour.)

4

Dip each skewer into the batter, making sure it is fully coated.

5

Generously coat each corn dog with panko breadcrumbs.

6

Place them in the air fryer at 220°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through

7

Garnish with mustard and ketchup, and enjoy!

Enjoy
