4 tomatoes

1 garlic clove

1/2 onion

3 tbsp creme fraiche

500ml water

Steps

Place the gnocchi in a bowl with 500 ml water. |

Cook covered in your Compact Combination Oven at 1.000 watt for 5 minutes, followed by 300 watt for 4 minutes. Then pour off the water. |

Chop tomatoes, onions and garlic, place in a bowl with the creme fraiche, mix and season. Add the gnocchi. |

Place the gnocchi in a baking dish and cook in the microwave for 6 minutes at 600 watts. |

Sprinkle the cheese over it and grill for 5 minutes at grill setting 1. Tip: A delight with olives and peperoni. |
