Adjust Servings:
700g fresh fruit (e.g. apples, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
75g butter
175g plain flour
100g sugar
1/2 lemon juice and zest
1 or 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream optional

Fill the water tank of your microwave steam oven with fresh water.

Wash and slice the apples, gently clean the wild berries, and layer the fruit into the gratin dish. Sprinkle some sugar to taste and drizzle a bit of lemon juice on top of the fruit.

To prepare the crumble: rub the butter into the flour and sugar in a medium bowl, until the mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit ensuring to cover them completely.

Place the dish on the base of the microwave oven and bake it on COMBI 2 for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Season your fruit crumble with some lemon zest and serve it with some vanilla ice cream.
