Very tasty cod burger which is a great alternative to meat burgers. Perfect recipe for hot summer days.

Begin by preparing the dough for the buns. |

Let the dough rise for about three hours, until it almost doubles. After the first rise, weigh the dough and divide it into five equal parts. Then quickly knead each ball, turning the ends under. Place the newly formed buns on a baking tray covered with baking paper, cover them well with cling film and leave to rise for another 2.5-3 hours. Once the second rise is completed, remove the cling film and mix 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and 1 tablespoon of oil in a bowl. |
