Ingredients

                                          1 package fresh sourdoughe.g. Seitenbacher

                                          400g wholemeal wheat flour
- 
                                          1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 
                                          2 teaspoons smoked salt
- 
                                          1 pinch pepper
- 
                                          1 pinch nutmeg
- 
                                          5 tablespoons roasted onions
- 
                                          260ml water

Note: The ingredient quantities are not compatible with Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100 - find suitable recipes for PN100 (Smaller bread size) here
Steps
| 1 | Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients. (top-to-bottom order) | 
| 2 | Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu one and press start. | 
| 3 | When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down. |
