Ingredients

                                          400g white spelt flour

                                          1 tbsp olive oil

                                          3/4 tsp sugar
 - 
                                          1 3/4 tsp salt
 - 
                                          50g seeds and kernelse.g. pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed and sesame
 - 
                                          260ml water

                                             Select and start programme 1 for “White Bread”.  |

                                             After 3 hours and 15 minutes the crispy spelt bread will be ready.
