Place the leeks in a large Pyrex® bowl with the butter. Put the bowl on the base of the oven and cook on Combi 4 (Steam 1 + Microwave 440W) for 6 minutes, or until softened. |

Add the flour and mix well. Stir in the milk and heat on High Microwave for 4-5 minutes, or until thickened, stirring halfway. |

Place the gratin dish on the base of the oven and cook on Combi 1 (Grill 1 + Microwave 300W) for 10-15 minutes, or until piping hot and golden. |
