Directions
Your easy, simple daily breakfast Bread. Try it with Panasonic Combi Microwave oven.
Steps

Put bread flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a bowl and mix well. |

Make a hollow in the center, add water and mix together. When the dough comes together, take it out of the bowl and knead the dough with your palms until the surface becomes smooth, about 10 minutes. |

Round the dough, and put it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in the oven at 30~40°C for 50 to 60 minutes. |

Take out the dough from the oven on a lightly floured surface (not listed on the ingredient list), crush it with your hands to remove air, and cut it into 7 equal pieces. |

Place the dough face up in the palm of your hand and roll into a ball. |

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave to rise for 40 to 50 minutes in a 30~40 °C oven. |
