Steps

Put the onion and the carrots in a large Pyrex® casserole dish and sprinkle them with olive oil. Place the dish on the base of the oven using HIGH MICROWAVE for 5-6 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking. |

Add the chilli powder and the ground cumin. Cook using HIGH MICROWAVE for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and the beans and boil them using HIGH MICROWAVE for 8-10 minutes. Then, cook using SIMMER MICROWAVE for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
