Tip for beginners: Perfect bread recipe to start with when you are using your breadmaker for the first time.
If you want to experiment and add some special ingredients you like, you can try to use this recipe as your basic recipe and add e.g. some seeds, nuts or raisins (Loaf size S: max 50g, M: max 80g, L: max 100g, XL: max 120g). Use then Menu 3 (Basic Raisin) instead and add the extra ingredients into the raisin/nut dispenser if your breadmaker has one, otherwise just add them into the bread pan.

Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker. |

Place the bread pan back into your Panasonic breadmaker SD-YR2550, SD-YR2540, SD-R2530, SD-B2510 or SD-PN100, close the lid, select menu 1, the bread size and preferred browning level and press start. |
