Directions
A warming, fragrant dal made with red lentils, coconut drink, spices, curry leaves, and chilli. Gently cooked on the Chunky Soup setting for a richly textured, spiced dish with island flavour.

Steps

Add red lentils, water, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin, coriander and salt to the jug of the Panasonic Blender & Soup Maker. |

Turn the knob to the Chunky Soup setting and press Start (cooks for 30 minutes). |

Once the program is complete, open the lid and stir in the coconut drink. |

Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed. |
