For the salmon and asparagus:
1 salmon fillet (350–400g) or 2 smaller fillets (150–300g each)
10 asparagus spears
1 lime
olive oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste
For the rice:
150g rice
300ml water

Steps

Place the rice and water in the lower basket of your rice cooker.

In the upper basket, place the salmon fillet and the asparagus (previously cleaned and trimmed), along with a few lime wedges.

Season the salmon and asparagus with an emulsion of olive oil, lime juice and zest, salt, and pepper.

Close the cooker and start the cooking process. Cook for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and both the asparagus and rice are perfectly done.
