Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 medium carrots peeled, halved lengthways and cut into small chunks
2 parsnips peeled, halved lengthways and cut into chunks
½ small butternut squash peeled and cut into chunks as above
½ small celeriac peeled and cut into chunks as above
1 tsp cumin seeds ground
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Steps

Place the vegetables in a large bowl, add oil, spices and salt and pepper and coat well.

Place the veg into the air fryer pan and select the potato menu. Default time is 30 minutes

Turn half way through cooking.
