Steps for making the Dough |

Add the mixed egg yolk and water to mix, and when it comes together, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. |

Line the dough with parchment paper and place a weight (e.g. legumes) on it. |

Oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes, and remove the weight along with the parchment paper. |

Steps to make vegetable quiche |

Arrange the vegetable slices in a tart pan, and top with small cubes of the tomato, zucchini, squash. |

Put the egg, heavy cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper into a bowl, mix, and pour into the tart mold. |
