Steps

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and transfer to a heatproof bowl. Season with salt and black pepper and drizzle some olive oil over the cauliflower. Add in the onions. |

Use the STEAM function, (High) and touch the set key and select cooking time of 10 minutes. Touch START to steam the cauliflower and onions until soft. |

Heat the vegetable stock and milk on stove. Add the cooked vegetables, vegetable stock and milk into the blender. |

Blend the mixture until smooth, without any solid chunks. Garnish with fresh thyme and a pinch of black pepper. Serve with sourdough bread chunks as a meal. |
