Having some stale bread left and don’t want to throw it away? Just try out our recipe for the Spanish almond soup with garlic and bread called “Ajo Blanco”.

Adjust Servings:
200g blanched almonds
150g stale bread
200ml milk
60ml water
2 cloves of garlic
30ml sherry vinegar
10ml olive oil
salt
some grapes and croutons to garnish

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

Soak the bread in milk for 15 minutes.

Peel and mince the garlic.

Blend all the ingredients apart from the garnish.

When you achieve a smooth consistency, place it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Serve with grapes and croutons.
