1/2 onion
1/4 courgette
1/4 aubergine
2 mushrooms
1 apple
1/4 pineapple
Meat
250g chicken fillet
Sauce
1 banana
1 jar curry paste 175g
salt
pepper
sugar
300ml cream

Steps

Cut the ingredients of the filling into pieces of the same size and place into a bowl.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, coat with a little curry paste and place into the bowl.

Cook covered in your Compact Combination Oven at 1.000 watt for 4 minutes, followed by 600 watt for 4 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients of the sauce together.

At the end of the cooking time, remove the bowl from the microwave, pour the sauce over the meat and stir.

Cook the curry again for 4 minutes at 600 watt.

Tip: Rice or Mie noodles go well with this.
