NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Peel and dice 2 medium-sized apples (300g diced apples). |

Make 3 flaxseed eggs by combining 6 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespooons of ground flaxseed. Leave to set. |

Combine sugar, oil and vanilla in a large bowl and stir. |

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. |

When flaxseed eggs are set, combine them with your oil mixture. Add half a cup of almond milk. Mix well. |

Pour oil mixture into the flour mixture. Stir until just combined. |

Fold in apple pieces and pour mixture into breadpan. Smooth the top of your mixture. |

Select programme 13 and turn on the breadmaker. Bake for 1 hour 50 minutes. |
