120cm tart mold dough
200g flour
7g sugar
3g salt
butter (cut into 1cm cubes)/100g
egg yolk 2 eggs
2 tbsp of water
1 medium tomato
zucchini 2/3
squash 6cm wide and 8cm long block
130ml heavy cream
2 tbsp grated cheese
salt, pepper a little of each

Steps for making the Dough
Mix the cake flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl, then add the butter and mash it together with your hands until it all becomes crumbly.

Add the mixed egg yolk and water to mix, and when it comes together, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Steps for baking the Dough
Roll out the dough a size larger than the tart mold, lay it on the mold, and remove the excess dough.

Line the dough with parchment paper and place a weight (e.g. legumes) on it.

Oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes, and remove the weight along with the parchment paper.

Steps to make vegetable quiche
Cut the tomato into 7~8 mm half moons, the zucchini into 7~8 mm diagonal slices, and the pumpkin into 7~8 mm thin slices.

Arrange the vegetable slices in a tart pan, and top with small cubes of the tomato, zucchini, squash.

Put the egg, heavy cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper into a bowl, mix, and pour into the tart mold.

Baked it (oven) for 30 to 40 minutes at 20°C.
