1 bunch spring onions sliced lengthways and shredded
450g rump steaks thinly sliced across the grain
100g baby corn
100g okra sliced
200g Jar Thai curry paste
250ml beef stock

Steps

Place all ingredients in casserole reserving some spring onions for garnish. Stir well, cover and cook on the base of the oven on Combi 11 for 45 minutes - 1 hour or until tender. Garnish with spring onions.
