The sweet and spicy flavour of mango salsa meets up with healthy steamed salmon to give you a new favourite recipe.

Adjust Servings:
4 salmon fillets each 100g - 150g
Marinade
3 tbsp (45ml) white wine
1 garlic clove crushed
2.5cm (1”) fresh root ginger finely grated
Mango Salsa
2 red chillies seeds removed, thinly sliced
100g peeled, cooked prawns
4 spring onions thinly sliced
1 small garlic clove finely chopped
1 avocado ripe but firm, peeled and chopped
½ ripe mango peeled and chopped
1 lime juice

Take the water tank out of the combi steam oven, fill it with water and place it back into the oven.

Mix the marinade ingredients together. Place salmon fillets into a pyrex dish and pour marinade over the salmon fillets. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours in the fridge.

Mix all the salsa ingredients together and chill in fridge.

Place the salmon in the Pyrex® dish directly on base of oven. Cook salmon on Steam 1 for 35-40 minutes. Refill the water tank after 30 minutes of cooking time. Serve salmon with the salsa.
