Coat the tuna with oil, and season with salt and pepper and cover it with the sesame seeds. |

For the pak choi: wash, chop and season them with the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, some oil and a bit of chilli pepper flakes. Bake them in the microwave oven preheated to 180°C for about 15 minutes. Then, use the GRILL 1 programme for the last 5 minutes of cooking, until they are crispy and well coloured. |
