Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 fresh tuna fillets
4 tbsp mixed sesame seeds
200g pak choi
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dried chilli flakes
olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1

Coat the tuna with oil, and season with salt and pepper and cover it with the sesame seeds.

2

Cook the fish using GRILL 3 for about 5 minutes, until the fish becomes crusty on the outside and pink coloured on the inside.

3

For the pak choi: wash, chop and season them with the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, some oil and a bit of chilli pepper flakes. Bake them in the microwave oven preheated to 180°C for about 15 minutes. Then, use the GRILL 1 programme for the last 5 minutes of cooking, until they are crispy and well coloured.

4

Slice the fish fillets and serve them with the pak choi.

Enjoy
