Risotto with Green Asparagus Recipe

150g risotto rice
100g green asparagus
50g parmesan
thyme
salt
200ml cream
200ml water

Steps

Cut the green asparagus into small pieces.

Put the risotto rice with the grated parmesan, the cream and the water in a bowl, salt and season to taste with thyme. Fold in the asparagus.

Cook in the microwave for 17 minutes at 600 watt. Season a little if desired.

Tip: Fresh baguette goes perfectly with this.
