Spice up your jam with this chilli twist! Using the JAM & COMPOTE mode in your Panasonic breadmaker, this redcurrant and chilli jam recipe is easy to make!

Adjust Servings:
300g roughly mashed redcurrant
2 finely chopped chillis
4cm finely grated root ginger
2 juice and zest finely grated oranges
150g sugar
3g powdered pectin

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

Place all the ingredients except the sugar and pectin into the bread pan

Add the sugar and sprinkle the pectin onto the ingredients in the bread pan.

Select the JAM & COMPOTE mode and enter 1 hour 40 mins on the timer.
