Adjust Servings:
400g red and yellow early potatoes
50g feta
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 sprig of dill
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Steps

Wash and cut the potatoes in half. Place the potatoes in a glass bowl, drizzle them with oil and sprinkle some salt.

Cover with microwave oven cling film and place them in the grill tray. Then, cook using the microwave function at 1000W for 1 minute. Repeat this process 4 times, allowing a few seconds breaks in-between.

Remove the potatoes from the microwave oven.

Mix the potatoes with some oil and mustard seeds and garnish them with dill and crumbled feta cheese and serve!
