300g pineapple cubes washed
240g full-fat coconut milk either canned or in BPA free * carton
1 tablespoon lime juice
TO SERVE
granola
almond butter or peanut butter
Chia seeds
pineapple
kiwi
fresh coconut
dried coconut
coconut flower nectar maple syrup or other sweetener

Steps

Cut pineapple into cubes and place in a container with closed lid. Put in freezer for at least 4-6 hours or all night.

Put the sorbet filter into the Slow Juicer. After that put the frozen pineapple cubes into the Slow Juicer to get a pineapple sorbet.

Add coconut milk, a few drops of lime juice and coconut flower nectar (optional) to the pineapple sorbet. Use more milk for a smoother consistency, less milk for a thicker consistency.

Stir the puree and put into bowls. Decorate the smoothie bowls according to your taste for example with banana bread granola or coconut and chocolate granola, chia seeds, almond butter, fresh fruit and dried coconut.
