Directions
Did you know celery juice has amazing proprieties for digestion? Unfortunately, because of it’s bitter taste, not everyone loves it. In order to allow everyone to benefit of its great great properties, we decided to turn it into soup by mixing it with sweet coconut milk and creamy avocado in order to make it extremely tasty and much more filling than just straight juice.

drizzle of olive oil |
Steps

Pour 250ml of the juice (you can drink up the rest if you like it) into the jug of the hand blender. |

Store in the fridge until serving (the soup is best served chilled). |

Pour into bowls, top it with mixed seeds and a drizzle of olive oil and serve. |
