Directions
Go out at the weekend and soak up fresh sea air? If there is no time for this, bring the sea home. Our mussel salad is quickly prepared and tastes of holiday.

Put the mussel meat in a bowl. |

Then cut the onion into cubes. Fillet the orange and grate the lime peel. Put everything in the bowl with the mussels. |

Add the tomato juice, olive oil and herbs. |

Season well and prepare in the microwave for 6 minutes at 600 watt. |

Let it cool briefly and then fold in the spinach. Tip: This salad also tastes great with rocket. |
