1 ripe mango
100ml coconut milk
1/2 lime

Steps

Peel the mango and cut it into chunks. Mix it with the coconut milk and the lime juice and place the mix for at least 6 to 8 hours into the freezer.

Place the sorbet accessory into the Slow Juicer, add in the frozen mango chunks and start the juicer.

Stir the sorbet and serve it.
