When you’re craving a little something sweet, how about a cake that you can make in a mug! Lemon peel is also full of nutrients, so why not make it with organic ingredients.

Steps

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in a mug (size of mug should be no smaller than 300ml). |

Add vegetable oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and beaten egg. Stir everything well. |

Place the mug in the Microwave Oven. Set the Microwave to 800W for 1 min. Press start. |

When it beeps, wait for 20 secs. Set the Microwave to 800W for 1min 30secs and press Start. |

After cooking allow to stand for a few minutes and serve warm in the mug with ice-cream, custard, cream, strawberries or sprinkles etc. |
