This air fryer whole chicken is the perfect weeknight meal. Cooked with fresh herbs and citrus, serve it for dinner and if there are any leftovers enjoy for lunch the next day. The Panasonic air fryer “Gentle Stem” function ensure your chicken roasts perfectly juicy.

Steps

Rub the chicken with olive oil making sure to coat evenly and thoroughly and season well with salt and pepper. |

Stuff the cavity of the chicken with half of the lemon, the whole rosemary sprig, and the garlic cloves. |

Place the chicken in the air fryer and select the “Chicken” setting, this setting defaults to include the +water (gentle steam) function. |

Cook for 60 minutes at 180°C, checking half way through until the internal temp reaches 75°C. |

Top with additional lemon juice and freshly chopped rosemary. |
