Steps

Add oil, chopped onion, garlic and fresh herbs into a pan and cook them on a stove. Once they are hot, add the meat and blend with the wine. Once the liquid evaporated, add the tomato sauce, tomato paste and chopped vegetables. Season with some salt and the chilli pepper and cook all on the stove for about 1 hour and a half. |
