Directions
Spicy, crispy, cheesy bites of mashed potato and halloumi, air-fried until golden and served with hot honey for a moreish snack or party treat.

Steps

Place chopped potatoes in a heatproof bowl and cover with a plate. Microwave on High (1000W) in the Panasonic Combi Oven for 10 minutes until very soft. |

Mash the potatoes until smooth. Add corn flour, grated halloumi, chopped jalapeños, chopped chives, salt and pepper. Mix well to form a dough. |

Place on the Airfry rack and spray lightly with olive oil. Insert into the Panasonic Combi Oven and select Airfry at 200°C for 12 minutes until golden and crisp. |
