Adjust Servings:
500ml whole milk 3.5%
50g yoghurt

Steps

Pour the milk into a ceramic bowl and cover the bowl with some plastic wrap. Cook the milk for 2 minutes at 600W in your Combi Microwave Oven or until it reaches a temperature of 45°.

Pour the milk and the yoghurt in another ceramic bowl and mix. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.

Select the programme "Microwave" of your Combi Microwave Oven and preheat it for 2 minutes at 1000W. When the microwave ends the heating cycle, place the ceramic bowl with milk and yoghurt on the grill tray and let it rest while the oven is switched off for 8 hours.

After 8 hours, garnish your homemade yoghurt with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
