Combination of the two most savoury and tasty ingredients in the winter season – hasselback potatoes and raclette cheese! This side dish is easy to prepare and all guests will love it. You can serve them with some healthy veggies on the side!

Adjust Servings:
750g potatoes
200g raclette cheese
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
250g brussels sprouts
250g broccoli
100g pomegranate seeds

Steps

Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut slits in the potatoes, leaving the bottom intact. Place the potatoes on the grill tray.

Sprinkle the potatoes with salt, pepper and oil. On the same baking tray, add broccoli and brussels sprouts.

Bake for 15 minutes using the Combi 4 programme (Steam + Microwaves).

Put the broccoli and the brussels sprouts into a bowl. Add a few slices of raclette between the potatoes' slits and grill them for 5 minutes using Grill 1.
(If you prefer more browning, grill them a few minutes longer)

Add some pomegranate seeds and serve warm.
