Directions

Bring the steaks and lamb chops to room temperature. Pat dry with a paper towel and season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Lightly brush with olive oil. |

Place the grill plate on the Panasonic Multi-Cooker, click the Barbecue icon, and press Start to preheat. |
