Directions
Oily and firm white fish cuts are grilled with salt and pepper, then basted in sizzling butter as they finish cooking. A drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice completes this fresh, flavour-packed seafood dish.

Steps

Pat the fish dry with a paper towel and season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Brush lightly with olive oil. |

Place the grill plate on the Panasonic Multicooker, click the Barbecue icon, and press Start to preheat. |

Once hot, place the mackerel and hake or yellowtail fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes, then flip the fish. |

Add the butter directly to the grill plate and let it melt. As the fish finishes cooking, use a spoon to baste the fillets with the melted butter for added flavour and moisture. Cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the fish is cooked through. |

Transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle with extra olive oil and squeeze over fresh lemon juice. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side. |
