Note: The ingredient quantities are not compatible with Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100 - find the recipe suitable for PN100 (Smaller bread size) here
Steps

Dilute the yeast in warm milk (around 25°C). |

Put the diluted yeast and milk in the bread tin and then add the rest of the ingredients in the order indicated. Select the bread dough programme. |

At the end of the programme, take out the dough, press it down with your fist and divide the dough into 6 to 8 equal parts to form small rolls. Place them on a lined baking tray, leaving enough space between each one, cover with a damp tea towel and leave to rise for 1 hour, ideally in an oven at less than 30°C. |

After the dough has risen, brush them with an egg wash and sprinkle a few seeds on top. |
