600g sea bream
2 tbsp powdered ginger
1 tbsp rosemary
a pinch of pepper
1.5kg coarse salt

Steps

Fill the water tank of your Steam Oven.

Place the sea bream on the glass tray. Cover it with coarse salt, and season with powdered ginger, rosemary and pepper.

Select the Auto Programme 10, enter the weight of the fish and press ‘Start’. Cook the sea bream for 25-30 minutes.

Serve the sea bream warm and enjoy!
Note: The salt used in this recipe can be stored and used again for this or other recipes.
