Adjust Servings:
2 extra large avocados halved and pit removed
4 small eggs
5g chives chopped
5g red chilli finely chopped
salt and pepper

Steps

On a flat surface, crack one egg into each hole (where the pit used to be) in the avocado half.

Sprinkle all four halves with an equal amount of chives, red chilli, salt and pepper.

Place in the air fryer basket and select the “Veggie” Programme and cook for 7-10 minutes at 180°C until the egg whites are no longer translucent.
