Ingredients
- 
                                          1 tsp dry yeast
- 
                                          2 tbsp bran
- 
                                          360g strong white bread flour
- 
                                          10g butter
- 
                                          3/4 tsp sugar
- 
                                          1 3/4 tsp salt
- 
                                          260g water
Steps
| 1 | Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients. (top-to-bottom order) | 
| 2 | Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 1 and press start. |
