Adjust Servings:
500g ricotta cheese
4 eggs
2 tbsp tahini
3 tsp baking powder
100g flax seeds
250g black sesame seeds
50g white sesame seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp salt
For decorating:
peanut butter
berries
mint

Steps

Put ricotta cheese, eggs and tahini in a bowl and mix. Grind the flax seeds and sesame seeds into a powder using a mixer.

Add the mixture, powdered seeds, salt baking powder and pumpkin seeds into the breadmaker.
For Croustina and SD-B2510 only: Select the Pizza Dough programme to knead the dough and turn it off after 10 minutes.
For all other breadmakers: Select the Manual Bread Kneading programme and set the time to 10 minutes.

For all bread makers: Select the Bake Only programme and bake the dough for an hour and a half.

Let the loaf cool down.

Slice the bread and garnish it with peanut butter, berries and some mint leaves.
