Steps

Place the minced beef in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then form into 8 balls of equal size. |

Put the tomatoes in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Add the meatballs. Place the baking dish in your Combi Microwave Oven. Firstly set the Microwave to 1000 watts for 6 minutes. Press Start. For the second round, select the grill function and cook for 20 minutes. |

Wash the carrots, dry them, peel them and cut them into spaghetti with the mandolin. Season with salt and sugar and allow to rest for around 15 minutes. |

Mix the cooked meatballs with the tomato puree and season with basil and Parmesan cheese. Tip: Vegetable spaghetti can also be made with zucchini or kohlrabi. |
