Spice up your Easter with these cute and easy Bao Burgers!

Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
200g t55 bread flour
1/2 sachet of baking yeast
approx 100ml water
5g salt
200g ground beef
1 hand full parsley
10g onion powder
2 hand fulls of salad
1 tomato
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp sriracha sauce

Steps

Add the flour, yeast, water, and salt to the breadmaker. Select programme 30 (bread kneading) on your breadmaker to mix everything together for 20 minutes.

Leave the dough to rest for 1 hour 30 mins.

Fill water tank for steaming. Cook the buns on the STEAM1 programme for 25 mins.

Cut small ears with scissors at the top of the dough for the Easter theme.

Create the meat patty by mixing the ground beef, parsley making, and onion powder and forming into 4 equal balls.

Fry the burgers in a pan.

When the buns are ready, add the sauce, cooked burgers, tomatoes, salad and siracha-mayonnaise sauce.
