1 medium or 2 small sea bream

600g radicchio

Directions
Baked fish is one of the most common Christmas Recipes in Italy: It’s easy to do while cooking a zillion and not to heavy but so delicious. It’s that kind of a dish that could never miss on our Christmas table. Another thing we love about it is that is filling but leaves space for the dessert without any problems! Just make sure to use a wild sea bream: the flavor is going to be much richer and delicious compared to a farmed fish!

Clean the fish under water, then pat with a towel until dry. |

Place the fish on the tin of the microwave. |

Cut the lemon into slices. Season the fish with salt, thyme, and lemon. |

Drizzle everything with extra virgin olive oil, then cook in the Steam Combi Microwave Oven on convection at 180°C for 30 minutes. |

Turn out of the oven, add parsley and serve. |
