Ingredients

Directions

Quickly prepare your new favourite side dish in the microwave: baked feta cheese with thyme. For this we wrap the sheep cheese in strudel pastry instead of aluminium foil. This way, the small parcels are a real treat.

Tip: Herb sour cream as a dip goes perfectly with this.

Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
250g feta
150g strudel pastry or filo pastry
2g thyme
1 egg
100ml olive oil

Steps

1

Cut the strudel pastry into 6 pieces of approximately the same size.

2

Dice the feta.

3

Separate the egg, use the egg yolk elsewhere.

4

Place some olive oil in the middle of the pastry pieces. Sprinkle feta on top and add a little thyme. Then brush the corners with egg white and wrap them into a parcel.

5

Place the pastries in a baking pan. Then cook them in your Compact Combination Oven at 1.000 watt for 2 minutes, followed by grill setting 1 for 4 minutes.

Enjoy
