1 cauliflower
1 piece of ginger 15g
1 onion
2 tomatoes
30ml tomato juice or strained tomatoes
2 tbsp oil
1 garlic clove
basil
30g curry paste
salt
sugar
pepper

Steps

Use only the florets from the cauliflower, cut into thumb-sized pieces and place into a bowl.

Cut the ginger, onion, tomatoes and garlic into small cubes (1-2cm) and add to the cauliflower.

Add the oil and 10g of the curry paste to the bowl and mix everything well.

Cover the bowl and cook the dish in your Compact Combination Oven with the combination of 1.000 watt for 3 minutes, followed by 600 watts for 5 minutes.

Mix and season the tomato juice with the remaining curry paste.

Add the sauce to the cauliflower, stir well and cook the curry in the microwave for another 4-5 minutes at 600 watt.

Tip: The dish gets a special note with fresh rocket.
