Steps

Use only the florets from the cauliflower, cut into thumb-sized pieces and place into a bowl. |

Cut the ginger, onion, tomatoes and garlic into small cubes (1-2cm) and add to the cauliflower. |

Add the oil and 10g of the curry paste to the bowl and mix everything well. |

Cover the bowl and cook the dish in your Compact Combination Oven with the combination of 1.000 watt for 3 minutes, followed by 600 watts for 5 minutes. |

Mix and season the tomato juice with the remaining curry paste. |

Add the sauce to the cauliflower, stir well and cook the curry in the microwave for another 4-5 minutes at 600 watt. Tip: The dish gets a special note with fresh rocket. |
