Ingredients

½ salmon side skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp brown sugar
cooked white rice to serve
Blanched green vegetables to serve
spring onions finely sliced, to serve
sesame seed seasoning to finish

Steps

1

Place the salmon cubes into a bowl. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar, then toss gently until evenly coated.

2

Arrange the marinated salmon in a single layer on the enamel tray.

3

Place the wire rack on the glass turntable, then place the enamel tray on the wire rack.

4

Select Combination 4 and cook on Convection 220 C + MW 100 W, for 8-11 minutes, (depending on the size of the salmon cubes), until just cooked through and lightly caramelised.

5

Serve the salmon bites over fluffy white rice with freshly blanched greens.

6

Finish with sliced spring onions and a sprinkle of sesame seed seasoning before serving.

Enjoy
